Need to update the Vulnerable jQuery package

Hi Team,

We have observed the vulnerable jQuery package 1.11.2 on one of our application which is content.thesmartcube.com with multiple known vulnerablities.

Need your assistant to update the jQuery package to latest stable version i.e. 3.7.1

@adityasingh12 - if you actually are dependent on JQuery with current code, then you likely have to make a change to the referenced package in base.html. Hopefully you have a child theme set up in the design manager that will make this override possible.
