Need to track down certifications from a company I used to work with

Hi all. I have a couple certifications with copies of the cert itself saved (i.e. I have the certification code). I can no longer access the Hubspot account that they were housed under though. Is there any way I can get them transferred to this new account that I just created? Thank you!
