Need to download a list of all users contacts

I need to download/print a list of all the contact of all our users. The list needs to show the contact name, company name, address, email address of the contacts. How do I do this?

In short…

  1. Go to contacts
  2. On the right hand side, click ACTIONS then EDIT COLUMNS
  3. Select the properties you want to include
  4. on the left hand side, click the top square to select all record. Then click the phrase that will say “select all XXX records”.
  5. on the right hand side, click ACTIONS again
  6. this time, select EXPORT VIEW
