We have quite a few workflows that are sending from an email address of someone who has since left the company. Is there any way to quickly switch all the emails being sent from that address within our workflows to another user’s email address, or do we have to manually update each workflow?

It dependd on how the from address is included in each email …
-1- If contact.owner is used, you simply need to change the CONTACT.OWNER for each contact.
-2- If an actual email address is used, you’ll need to edit each EMAIL.
The workflows will take care of themselves.
