Need to change my Inbound Certification language to English

Hi,

I am having an issue with my certification language. I changed my account settings to English and successfully passed the Inbound Certification exam in English. However, the certificate was still issued in Japanese.

Could you please help me regenerate or update my certificate to the English version?

I can provide my certification code and account details via private message if needed.
