I use Hubspot Free CRM and have several Hubspot certifications under an outdated email address. How can I update my email address? Under Profile & Preferences in the CRM settings, I can add my new email address, but it seems I cannot remove my old, now-defunct address.
I also want to make sure this change includes my certifications.

Hey @mpacheco users are unique by email address, so it is not currently possible to edit an existing user’s email address. Instead, a new user must be added to your account to change an email address. You can then transfer any certifications to the “new” user. Learn how to make these changes here .

So I changed my email address and I had to make a new account to use Hubspot community. I also no longer have my certifications at academy.hubspot.com. Please help! The Hubspot Community user mpacheco can be deleted as the email address associated is outdated.
