We recently migrated from Salesforce to Hubspot. Previously, we assigned our team members contacts to follow up with based on their MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area) which was calculated by zipcode. Does Hubspot have a plug in option of any kind that can assign MSA by zip code?
Hello, @BAdair, currently HubSpot has the default property (Postal code: the contact’s zip code.)
I believe this could be done with a workflow. Essentially you would trigger based on their location property of choice and then assign to the location owner accordingly. Here is a KB article on setting up workflows.

Unfortunately, there is no such integration available at present. But there is an alternative in HubSpot where you can do it through workflows. What you can do is assign MSA on the basis of ZIPCODE automatically.

You can set up a workflow as described by @PamCotton and @himanshurauthan where you would trigger based on the contact’s zip code and then set the MSA location on a contact record.

Yes! Check out ZipCode AutoFill! It will auto-fill the city/state/county/country from the zipcode.
