Need to add multiple inboxes with respect to subject dropdown values

HI,

Is there any way to add multiple inboxes when some one contact us he/she will select a subject line from drop down.. so we want all those subject lines as inboxes.. like if someone contact us as selecting General from dropdown then those all emails will be showin in general inbox, and if someone tried to contact us selecting Events from subject dropdown then all Events emails will be in Events inbox.

@saad3074 how is a user contacting you? Is this through a form submission, email send, chatbot?

Currenlty users are submitting a form from webflow. but in hubspot we are not receiving any form query.. we are using contact us form copy in webflow. form submit action is https://forms.hsforms.com/submissions/v3/public/submit/formsnext/multipart/**************
