Hi! I need to move my certifcation from my old work email address to a personal one (so I don’t lose them). I did that last time via a chat but don’t have the option anymore. Can someone help please? ---

Hey @CMortimer53 normally you would need access to the previous account to use the [certification transfer tool.](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/transfer-certifications-to-another-email-address) I’m not sure if you can take certifications from an account you no longer have access to, however @CommunityTeam might be able to confirm that! ---

Hey, @CMortimer53 👋 @TomM2 is correct. You can self-serve using the option he linked above. And if that fails, you can submit this [**form**](https://form.asana.com/?k=sTaPC1f_qgbTYxR681emIA&d=8587152060687) and choose the Academy Transfer option and we’ll take a look. — Jaycee
