Our company primarily sets up invoicing for customers through quotes with subscriptions for recurring invoices. As of now, there is only the option to have one contact assigned to the subscription, which means only one person will receive the invoice emails. Some of our customers need additional contacts to be cc’d on the invoice emails for their billing. We need the option to add more than one contact to the subscriptions. Thank you! ---

Yes! We need to be able to cc additional contacts on subscription communications. ---

Yes! This is sorely needed. It would be great if there was flexibility in determining how many contacts can be added to each invoice. ---

An invoice object can have multiple contacts who can receive the standalone invoice. However a subscription object (which essentially is a recurring invoice) cannot have multiple contacts who can receive the subscription-based invoice. This makes zero sense. Hubspot you can do better ! ---

We need this option as well! It makes no sense that we cannot have multiple contacts on subscriptions, but we can for deals, quotes, and invoices. This is a simple fix that HubSpot should be able to implement almost immediately. ---

+1 -- It really makes zero sense that this feature isn’t available. Especially when we’re able to designate multiple billing contacts for our Hubspot accounts. ---
