I am trying to finish my HubSpot Marketing Software Certification, however some of the videos will not load. Not all of them, but roughly 8 of the videos just turn into a black screen with a cross over the ‘play’ button when I click play. I tried opening HubSpot in a private window and watching the videos that way, however it did not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can finish my certification. Thank you!! ---

Hi @KSolie, Thank you for reaching out! I understand that you have tried in an incognito window but, do you mind testing this out in another browser as well? I just want to make sure that this is not just an isolated event to a the browser you may be using. Please let me know is this is still occuring in other browsers as well. Best, Jenny W. ---
