I need help transferring all the info and activity from my previous HubSpot Academy account (which I no longer have access to) to my personal HubSpot account.
Recently, I was relieved of my position with Paradox AI. Unfortunately, I lost access to my HubSpot acct (joe.prats@paradox.ai) before I was able to transfer everything to a new personal HubSpot acct (joseph.m.prats@gmail.com).
Can someone on the backend please transfer these FROM joe.prats@paradox.ai TO joseph.m.prats@gmail.com? Here is the user profile, in case that’s helpful.

able to access my old account to transfer to the new one that way.

Thanks for verifying. Here’s your next step — Submit our intake form. This will go to the Community team and one of us will take it from there.
Please note:
- Expired or incomplete certifications cannot be transferred
- Individual courses cannot be transferred, only current and complete certifications
