Need help to connect my domain to HubSpot

Hi, I need help to connect my domain to HubSpot:

- my domain is registred in NIC.cl

- when configuring the DNS only hostnames are allowed

- if I use the IP address 199.60.103.68 and 199.60.103.168 provided by HubSpot I get an error “Invalid NS host name”

- what are the fully qualified domain names for HubSpot name servers provided in settings during domain connection?

- if I try nslookup I get the following error

# nslookup 199.60.103.68

Server: 192.168.1.1

Address: 192.168.1.1#53

** server can’t find 68.103.60.199.in-addr.arpa: NXDOMAIN

After you’ve connected your domain or email sending domain, it can take up to 24 hours for the DNS changes to propagate and reflect in HubSpot. If your domain isn’t connecting as expected after 24 hours, follow the steps below to troubleshoot your domain.
