Need Help Identifying App Publishing Requirements for HubSpot Marketplace

I hope this message finds you well. I am in the process of preparing my app for submission to the HubSpot Marketplace. However, I would like to clarify a few points before proceeding.

Currently, I do not have a separate documentation page or marketing collateral specifically for the app. The only reference to HubSpot is on our integration page, where users can integrate HubSpot with our system. The page includes the HubSpot logo and name to indicate the integration.

Could you please confirm if having separate documentation and marketing materials is compulsory for publishing on the marketplace, or if it is acceptable to proceed with the current setup?

Hey, @manadinho :waving_hand: The documentation lists having a separate documentation page as a requirement. I’d suggest reviewing these pages and making sure you have everything listed under requirements handled before you make your submission to reduce any back and forth or delays in getting your approval.

Here are the requirements -
1. Setup page
2. t&c page
3. privacy policy page
4. 3 unique installs of your app in different accounts. (domain must be different)
5. scopes defined by you must be used by your app in last 30 days
if all these requirements are fulfilled, then your app will be GTG in the marketplace.
