Need advice on changing the size of the GDPR/Privacy policy text on a form

We have created a new form and added it to a Hubspot landing page (our landing page template was created by Husbpot - we paid for it) every landing page we have created from the template has had small privacy/gdpr text, however on the most recent one, the text is huge. I have contacted Hubspots live chat for advice on why and they have said the form will take on the style of the landing page. I mentioned that it was created by Husbpot and that its never been an issue before, however they suggested I consult my developers to work it out. We don’t have any developers internally and have no development experience ourselves, so I was looking for some instructions for how we can fix this before having to outsource it.

Thank you.

Hey @RWard if it’s on a HubSpot page you can just target it with CSS. I’m surprised HS support didn’t even try to help with this tbh.

If you want to send on a link to your page I can let you know the styling that’ll affect this!

Thank you for your suggestions. I’ve had another look this morning and between the landing page and the form Style & Preview page I have manged to get it to a point I am happy with. Its not perfect but works for what I need it to. Thanks again.

Hi @RWard

When did you get the new theme created by HubSpot?

Have you done any changes to the Theme settings since?

Can you share a screenshot of what this looks like now vs previously?

Have you done a page inspect in your browser to see what is going on?

There also is a Community thread on this with some suggested solutions, have you seen that already?
