In order to complete the practical exercise, you need to have a subscription that includes this tool.

If you believe you should have access with the subscription you have, can you please share what course you are working on and which exercise you are stuck on?

Hi - I am working on the marketing software certification and for one of the practice exams I need access to the SEO tool to complete the exam for that section (creating a content strategy in hubspot). Thank you!

Because your subscription does not include this tool, you will not be able to complete the certification.
