Hello Hubspot support! My team would love the ability to track our event expenses (2 types: event cost total and travel/hotel cost total). I’ve created Marketing Events with custom properties to be able to track but I don’t have th ability to pull a dashboard report from Marketing Events. Can you please change this?! It would make my life a lot easier! Thank you in advance for your assistance and time!
Yes, that would be something really helpful.
- In sales, we have travel costs, accomodation, food, tolls, gas, etc…, when visiting customers or simply prospecting. It would be helpful to charge these expenses into companies and then create reports for analysis.
- If the costs are related to a deal, then the possibility to place those into the products (as separate costs) that would then add to the Unit Cost.

This is a crucial feature for Hubspot, and it would save so many users of having to reply on other tools like Zoho Invoice to track expenses.
