We use Hubspot meeting links to schedule demos and when we only had one demo specialist group links worked great. However now that we have 2 demo specialists available that doesn’t work any more. Round robin won’t work either because each demo needs to have an account executive on it as well so we need a meeting link that first scans the account executive’s availability as priority and then scans both of the demo specialist’s calendars and offers availabilty only when the account executive and either of the demo specialists is available.
As an example:
Lisa = Account Executive
Liz = Demo specialist
Nick = Demo specialist
Lisa is available at 10AM Friday, Liz and Nick are not therefore timeslot cannot be offered
Lisa is not available at 10AM Friday, Liz and Nick are therefore timeslot cannot be offered
Lisa is available at 10AM Friday, Liz is not, Nick is - timeslot CAN be offered
Lisa is available at 10AM Friday, Liz is available, Nick is not - timeslot CAN be offered
