Need a copy of my HubSpot Academy certification

@hubspotpleaseassit I am no longer employed by the company that I used to work for and I need to get a copy of my hub spot certification can you please provide me on how I could get my HubSpot certification sent to me @HelpfulHero

If your previous HubSpot user account is still active, you can transfer your certification to a new email address and then download it from there. Here’s how you can do it:

  1. Log in to your old HubSpot account that holds the certification.
  2. In HubSpot, navigate to HubSpot Academy → My team → View all team members.
  3. Click on Actions → Transfer your certificates.
  4. Enter your new email address and confirm the transfer using the link you’ll receive from HubSpot.
  5. Once that’s done, simply log in to your new account, find your certificates in Academy, and download them.

However, please note the following:

  • The new email should already be associated with a user in any HubSpot account.
  • Only active (not expired) certifications can be transferred.
  • If your previous HubSpot user was permanently deleted before the transfer, unfortunately, the Academy certifications linked to that email would be removed as well.
