Hi, I use Hubspot and Univerge Blue for my business. My entire sales team has the Univerge Blue Pro account. We need a cloud-based phone system to route calls and gather data, so we cannot use Hubspot phone numbers. We can add the phone number to Hubspot, but we can’t call out. We can receive calls on Hubspot, but it doesn’t automatically link the phone call to a contact card or deal. The pro account can’t log a voice call as a link or transcribe the call either. These features would make running a business and using Univerge Blue/Hubspot more seamless. Ring Central offers some options, but their phone system is garbage; check the reviews. Univerge Blue has fantastic service and support. Their phone system works perfectly, and I am pleased with it.
Hi I second this request. We love Univerge Blue and it would be great to have it linked to Hubspot and log into Deal cards.
I was just told that Univerge tested a third-party software to be able to plug into Hubspot. I contacted them because it was supposed to be live on Oct 9th, 2024. I’m waiting to hear back from them. If it works, the solution is complete.
We are on univerge blue right now but considering a switch to dialpad for the oustanding hubspot integration. But we’ve been otherwise happy with Univerge and wish this was a feature they offered.
