Navigating the Transition: Migrating from Legacy Scoring to HubSpot's New Lead & Health Scoring Apps

@Sjardo “what will happen if you do not migrate and sunsetting happends in August 25?”
Starting August 31 the legacy scoring properties will stop updating and will be frozen in time. So if you are using the legacy scoring property to score an object, if something for that object changes such as their fit or engagement, those changes will not update their legacy score. The legacy scoring property will also be sunset and removed in the future. We encourage those who are using legacy scoring properties to migrate their scores to the new scoring apps.

Hey everyone, thanks for all of your questions so far. We’ve heard you and wanted to share a few additional resources to help you navigate through this migration. Check out the new video discussing limits, thresholds and decay and a demo!

@MelodyCooke - responding to a couple of the answers you gave to questions above:
re: @SXperts question about using lists in scoring criteria… yes list are indeed shown at 11:05 but this feature is only available in “Combined Scores” or “Fit Scores”. I need to use lists (and properties for that matter) in “Engagement Scoring”, but that is not an option and combined requires enterprise.

re: @SaraSzabo 's question about using workflows as a work around, you said “No delay needed and they can go straight to the end.” However workflows will not allow you to publish “without an action step”.

Good afternoon. I’m attempting to create a contact engagement score with the new tool. However, I do not believe that ‘pages visited’ is tracking my wordpress website - even when I set this up as follows:

The Hubspot tracking code has already been added to my website, so I don’t believe this is the issue.

Hi,

what about Sales Hub Users? We booked Sales Hub Pro with the abbility to create 5 scoring propertys. We use them and need to update them regulary.

Right now I see, that those Propertys will only work until end of August. But we are not mentioned to get access to the new tools.

Hi, all
Posting on behalf of a customer here, perhaps there is something that we are overlooking, but, under the current model, we are unable to use contact property values to combine them with a frequency of event occurrences, in this case, all the customer wants is to be able to filter by just this type of form conversion in events?
I suggested using events (instead of properties), but this does not work for the customer, I wonder if anyone has insights on how to overcome this that can help her move forward?

Form conversions on contact level

Hi @JKenler , Combined scoring is now available for Marketing Hub Pro users and you can use workflow enrollment instead of list membership for event groups (engagement). For the workflow, you can add an action that doesn’t “affect” your data. I know this workaround is not ideal, however we are prioritizing conditional scoring with “and” for Q3 2025.

Hi @EBowen1 , for scoring website visits for “https://www.wrensterling.com” specifically for anything that starts with “wrensterling.com”, you’ll want to use “URL domain” starts with any of “wrensterling.com” OR “URL” contains any of “https://www.wrensterling.com”. You can then click “Actions” on the top right and click “Test a Record” to check that your page visit is being scored for a specific contact. This is good feedback to clarify page visit scoring!

Hi @LukasKulero , the newer Lead Scoring tool is now available for Sales Hub Pro users for scoring deals and companies!

Hi @Joa_Graterol , Form conversions are generally an event and would be classified in event groups (engagement) which can leverage frequency. If this customer would like to still use this under property groups (fit) and want to combine it with frequency, they can use “list membership” and create an active list with the desired conditional logic.
