A native WhatsApp integration in HubSpot would enable automated messaging, timeline logging, workflows, and reporting—eliminating the need for third-party tools and improving communication efficiency.

I’m happy to say we are in Beta for our new WhatsApp Home feature which is our new version of the native WhatsApp integration, where we now have Messaging and template management pages, reporting and more. You can see the rollout HERE.
