i have changed my name in profile by following the instructions since I found that my name on cert is incorrect，i changed name from Ngasan Kwok into Yaxin Guo，but two weeks past，now my name on cert is still unchanged，i sincerely looking for help，thank you.

Thank you so much for reaching out. I was taking a look and it looks like it has updated. I would recommend opening the certificate again.
