Name on certificate not updating

Hi,

I recently finished the Digital Marketing Certification. However, I used my nickname in making a HubSpot account, so now that name is reflected on my certificate.

Based on my research for this dilemma, HubSpot said that if I update my name, the new name will regenerate in my certificate, but that has not occurred.

Please help.
