# Name issue on certificate

I passed the Social Media Certification exam, but my certificate displays “Sarah n/a” instead of my full name. I updated my name but it’s not reflecting. I also reached out to HubSpot support several times yet nothing has been done. It’s been hours now.

Hi @SaySay Thanks for posting! You should be able to change the name on the certification by following the steps bellow. If you still don’t see the changes, please let me know! 🙂

1. In your HubSpot account, click your **profile picture** in the top right corner, then click **Profile & Preferences** to open account settings.
2. Update the **First name** and **Last name** fields to the correct full name, then click **Save**.
3. Go to the HubSpot Academy dashboard and click the **My learning** tab at the top.
4. In the left sidebar, select **Completed** to see finished courses.
5. Click **View certification.** The updated name should now appear. If it doesn’t update immediately, wait a few minutes and refresh.
