The name field on the certificate and badge pulls from the name in your portal. Check that you have the name fields filled out. Here is the guide to do so: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/articles/kcs_article/account/how-do-i-change-a-user-s-name
Once you do so, it may take a few hours for the change to happen. Let me know if you have additional questions on this!
