My form is no longer displaying Phone Number, cant work out why?

My contact form has Business Phone as one of the fields, see below

Yet in my website, I cant see this field - see below:

This used to work on all the forms I have. It now seems to have stopped working. I’ve no idea why - any help?

PS - I tried adding a new phone field - Mobile Number - and same issue. Doesn’t show. Other field types are fine.

Hi @TDavid29,

The most common issue is that the latest changes in the form haven’t been published. Can you double check in the top right corner whether there are unpublished changes / click “update” again?

One test I have done, is to add another field. In this case “State”. And that comes out fine on the website:

This new field is showing fine:

For some reason, phone type fields are not showing
