I have connected my facebook page Hubspot ads. Now the issue is, whenever I create and facebook ad it creates the duplicate ad automatically and it gets published twice on facebook. It means whenever I create a single ad it gets published twice. Is there any solution to avoid this? Please help me out..

Can you share the steps you following in order to publish ads from HubSpot. Then I can try to help you in this better I think. This is a wierd situation.
And can you tell is this happened with all of the ads you published or only with few ads.
