My Digital Marketing Certification certificate doesn’t show my name

Hi! I passed the HubSpot Academy Digital Marketing Certification with a score of 53/60. However, my certificate is showing without my name.

I have already updated my First Name and Last Name in my HubSpot profile, saved the changes, and refreshed/reopened the certification, but my name still doesn’t appear.

Could you please help me update my certificate so that it displays my name?

Your HubSpot Academy certificate will reflect the name on your HubSpot User profile, so if you’ve recently made a name update, here are a few steps to get it showing correctly:

  1. Log out of HubSpot and log back in
  2. If the name still isn’t updated, clear your browser cache and try again
