Hello! My certifications magically disappeared recently and I can’t seem dig them up. The certifications are **Social Media Marketing** and **Content Hub Software.** - Approximate completion date: **February 2025** - Possible email domains: **[vei-edu.com](http://vei-edu.com)** and crashsafely [dot] org - Note that no known account or email change occurred- the only thing that may have happened is that I no longer have access to the [vei-edu.com](http://vei-edu.com) account so any communication that may have gone there went into a void. I replaced that with a gmail account and I can see that coursework, but I cannot see my completed certifications. ---

If it’s helpful, I think the original email was [amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com](mailto:amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com), which is not an active email anymore. ---

Hello @Polskapanda , Since the certifications were completed under an email address that is no longer active, it’s possible that they’re still associated with your original HubSpot Academy account rather than your current Gmail account. A few things to check: - Log in to HubSpot Academy using any email address you may have used previously, including [amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com](mailto:amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com). - Check whether multiple HubSpot accounts are connected to different email addresses. - Under your Academy profile, review both Completed Certifications and Achievements to see whether the certificates are still listed. - Verify that you’re signed in with the same HubSpot ID that was used when the certifications were completed. If you still can’t locate the Social Media Marketing and Content Hub Software certifications, I’d recommend contacting HubSpot Academy Support directly. Include: - The certification names - The approximate completion date (February 2025) - Both email addresses ([amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com](mailto:amanda.nichols@vei-edu.com) and your current Gmail address) - A note that you no longer have access to the original email account The Academy team should be able to search for the certifications and help restore access if they’re still associated with your previous account. Thank you! It looks like the academy doesn’t recognize that email address. I tried with the crash safely account as well, same issue. I did connect my gmail ([polskapanda@gmail.com](mailto:polskapanda@gmail.com)) to the account, and it’s as though I never took the courses. I can’t upload the certs themselves, but the codes are: Certification code: 08012e4c90d340e1b409d9ed451223bb Certification code: 8535d7d00ff143be8445c02a21e18d70 and they don’t expire until next year. ---

Hey @Polskapanda, Thanks so much for taking the time to post in the Community! I’ve looked up your original email address on the backend (I’ve tried both [vei-edu.com](http://vei-edu.com/), as well as [crashsafely.org](http://crashsafely.org)), and there doesn’t seem to be any record of this account. This would imply that the user account has been deactivated and/or closed entirely, at which point we not longer have access to transferring your certifications. I’m happy to tag in one of our Academy experts, @APernell, just to make sure I’m not overlooking any option(s) here. But you’ll see in [this article on transferring Academy certifications from one email address to another](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/transfer-certifications-to-another-email-address) that we’re currently limited to transferring to and from active accounts. Unfortunately, if you do not have the old certificates downloaded from the previous email, there will not be a way to display the certificates. You will need to retake the exams. Thank you! The Academy team ---
