My Account gets deleted everytime I create new account

My account keeps getting deleted and i dont receive any notification or email so i don’t know what I’m doing wrong.

I’ve created at least 2 accounts now and it keeps getting deleted after i send 1 campaign email.

Please advise

This seems to be an unexpected error your account shouldn’t get deleted after performing any activity in HubSpot

Usually, the HubSpot account gets deleted if there is no activity in the free account from last 120 days check here: Recover your inactive HubSpot account

Thanks for your reply, I have submitted the form but got no revert. Is there any other way to solve this issue

If you have submitted the form to recover your account once the HubSpot team reviews your inactive account they will recover your account rest @PamCotton can also share any recommendation on this.
