Our customers often have one department (or individual) processing the payment while another one needs to keep track of vendors and costs, they all would like to receive the payment receipts. It would be great if we could send the payment receipts to more than one contact at that company. ---

Agreed! We have customers who are requesting this, as well. It would be helpful to not have to send this manually. And I don’t see a way to build a workflow that would send payment receipts. ---

Agreed, we need this! Not sure how this isn’t already an option, this should absolutely be a built-in feature.
