# Multiple Email Connections

Hi there,

I am trying to figure out if we can connect multiple different email accounts. I am the main account holder, and then I have added my team as users. However, when they try to connect their email accounts it will default to whatever account it is set on for everyone. Is there a way to turn that off so they can have only their email show up on the account they created?

Hey @JSanchez023 just confirm where is it you’re currently trying to connect these email accounts?  
Are you trying to connect a personal email for each team member so they can use it to send and log emails through HubSpot?  
If so, HubSpot requires permissions for the email accounts, so when attempting to connect it would prompt you to authorise your email client (such as gmail, or outlook) to provide HubSpot with access, if you’re doing this then it’s just going to authorise your email account, and not your teams. Without having the logins for each email account you would need to get your team to authorise it themselves when they’re logged into their email accounts.

The email account owner will still need to authorise their email to HubSpot themselves however, but you can also set up team emails for the whole team to use if that suits your needs!
