I want to use the “annual revenue” HubSpot company field to record info, but it can only be set to one currency: the one you have selected on HubSpot as your company’s currency.
However, I would like to be able to switch between dollars, euros and pounds depending on where a business is located physically.
Is this possible, or do I need to create a workaround? e.g. have one field for the number, and another for which currency the number valued in.
I’m afraid that currently, this property is only set to the company’s currency value. Unlike the properties “Amount” and “amount in company currency,” there is no equivalent property to convert “recurring revenue amount” into currencies depending on where a business is located physically.
This has already been posted in the HubSpot Ideas Forum, which you can find in the link below. I encourage you to vote if it’s something you would like to see developed in the future: Recurring revenue amounts in multiple currencies.
FYI: the idea submission that is linked does not really relate to the original question – the idea linked relates to the deal field annual recurring revenue. The original post was relating to setting currency on a company field. Currency for deal fields other than the primary amount field has since been addressed, however, as far as I’m aware there is no such feature yet for currency fields on companies.
