we’ve built a multi-step form (with the beta tool) and wanted to add two different data privacy checkboxes since we are working with multiple different subscription types.
Checkbox #1: General agreement, that we are processing the data and will be contacting the lead
Checkbox #2: Newsletter marketing opt-in
However, I can’t select the different subscription types:
Anyone else having the same issue?

The dropdown you highlighted is only for subscription types / communication consent.
The data processing checkbox should already be on your form, see the checked “Daten speichern und verarbeiten” in your screenshot. You just need to update the text for that checkbox to your requirements.
While you can work around it, you should use this as it feeds automatically into the legal basis for data processing contact property.
