# Multi Step Form | Data Catch

We would like to create a multi step form, where we need saved data on each step, is HS provide this tool ?

Is it possible to ensure that the Next button already sends the data in steps 1 and 2 rather than only at the end of the form?

If our participants don’t go to the end of the form process, we’d like to be able to have the information they’ve already completed in steps 1 and 2 if they don’t go to step 3.

What could be the solution?

Hi @JBotta,

Without completing the form, a contact will not haven given their consent to have their data processed by you – have you made sure that what you’re trying to do is compliant with data privacy legislation where you’re doing business?

In any case, as far as I know, this is currently not doable with HubSpot forms. You would look into third-party solution or custom-code your own solution, based on the HubSpot Forms API.

I do however think that there is a risk that this will not be evaluated because of that missing data processing consent.
