We re-assign tickets often in support when they need to be escalated or if the rep previously was offline.
In hubspot reports, I’d like to be able to have an average CSAT metric for each rep on tickets they’ve ever influenced.
In order to do this, I would need to cache the ticket owner property into a multi-select list that I could then use in the report.
Thus, would be very nice to have an owner property that could store multiple values. or even better, a hubspot native property that could store all values of the record owner.
I could think of other use cases in the filtering as well.
