I’m really enjoying the INBOUND Certification Program so far. Just 2 more lessons to go! The content on OKRs really helped me. I’ve heard of OKRs plenty before, but something just clicked for me in this session.

I also really liked the MSPOT concept? Is it possible to see a real life example of this? Has anyone attempted to use this method in their business?
