Hi,
Is it possible to create a pivot table where we can see MoM MQLs, SQLs and their conversion by each source?
As an example:

| | Paid Social | Paid Social | Paid Social | so on.. |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| | MQL | SQL | MQL\>SQL ratio | |
| Jan | 5 | 2 | 2/5 | |
| Feb | | | | |
| March so on.. | | | | |

Not sure if this is possible

You can’t get a pivot table like that directly in HubSpot, but you can get pretty close. Create two custom single-object reports - one on Contacts filtered by lifecycle stage = MQL and another by lifecycle stage = SQL. Group both by Original source and Create date (by month). Export the results to Excel or Google Sheets and calculate the MQL - SQL ratio there.

If you want to keep it all inside HubSpot, build a custom report using Contacts as the primary data source, add both lifecycle stages as filters, and use the count of records grouped by Original source and Create date. HubSpot won’t calculate the ratio automatically, but you can add a calculated field after exporting.

Hi @TOlis
Appreciate the time to respond here!
We don’t want to do this in spreadsheet, that’s why I am trying to built it in HubSpot but point taken.
Also, there are two different dates here which makes it more complex to built, 1st being “Date entered MQL stage” and 2nd date being “Date entered SQL stage”. I built one with create date which was working but that did not solved conversion ratio that I need, so going back to drawing board to achieve this
I used custom formula field to achieve conversion ratio using this formula:
SUM(IF([CONTACT.lifecyclestage]==“salesqualifiedlead”, 1, 0)) / SUM(IF([CONTACT.lifecyclestage]==“marketingqualifiedlead”, 1, 0))

The tricky part is that HubSpot treats those as separate timestamps, so you can’t natively align them month-to-month in one report without a workaround. You could build two filtered reports (one by Date entered MQL, one by Date entered SQL) and then blend them, but the ratio field won’t behave as expected inside HubSpot’s builder.
