Is there a way to move to the next deal stage if a quote is entered using HubSpot quotes? I looked at workflows, but there was not a clear way to do it based on a quote being entered.
My best guess was a deal related trigger being Quote create date known, change deal stage to ‘quoted’. But I wanted to make sure it only did that on a deal with a quote directly on it. Not on any associated companies/contacts. If that makes sense.
And this will only change that particular deal, correct? My concern was a contact that had multiple deals.
Hi @KSweeney27, since this is a quote based workflow, by definition it can only be associated to one deal, so all good.

This solution would only be if the quote was created but not if it’s published, correct? I’d like to move the deal when the quote is actually published and sent, not in draft mode. Is this possible?

When using the Quote based workflows, in the trigger (or in a branch) you do have the option to select the “quote status” property, which could be either “draft”, “pending approval”, rejected, approved, approval not needed, or accepted.

Hello, just found this post and I am new to HubSpot. I am also looking to do this. When a quote is generated against a deal, then move the deal to one stage. And when the quote is Signed, then move to a different stage. Can you give me a quick explanation on how to accomplish this? Thank you in advanced.
