I have a new account and I am keen to learn about the integration possibilities.

Unfortunately I am stuck at the first `hs get_started` command

I get this error

Couldn’t create this app because you’ve reached your public app limit for this account. You can create up to 0 public apps in a single developer account. Please delete an app before creating another.

So my question: How can I enable my new account to create more than 0 public apps?

Hello @WillemD,

Thanks for bringing this to the Community!

The issue you’re running seems tied to a temporary security restriction HubSpot put in place following a recent security incident. Developer accounts created after March 11th, 2026 are currently unable to create or fully configure public apps. The team expects to lift this restriction within the next day or two. You can track updates here: [HubSpot Trust Center | Powered by Conveyor](https://trust.hubspot.com/a/f15a1d35-7d74-45ca-a31b-bcb97b14ce55?lng=en)

Thanks for your patience on this!

Hi [@SamTassey](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/388334) - this is unfortunately still a blocker. Would you have any update on this?

Hey @PeterNordscope,

Thanks for adding to this thread! I’ve checked on the issue internally and it appears that this should have been resolved. We can also find the resolution referenced in a similar thread [here](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Native-Apps/Not-being-able-to-create-deployment-for-application/m-p/1260163#M953)!

With this in mind, if you’re seeing any persisting issues I may suggest reaching out to [Support](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/help-and-resources/get-help-with-hubspot) as they may be your best resource in this case!

I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
