My team uses “Time to First Touch” to get a sense of how quickly new leads are addressed. However, Time to First Touch isn’t able to take LinkedIn connection requests into account (according to Hubspot support, this is not currently possible). We have some sequences that kick off with a task to create a LinkedIn connection request; even if someone on our team does so immediately, their “time to first touch” won’t update until the sequence kicks off an email.
It would be great to have more control over what counts as a first touch, and the ability to use things like LinkedIn connection requests.
