We’d love to have the ability to set more detailed instructions when configuring our custom agent. Most AI chatbot builders today offer options to fine-tune chatbot behavior through specific instruction settings for various scenarios.
Currently, the “Role” and “Personality” settings don’t provide enough control to meet the needs of a typical business.
