MondAI Minute: Competitive Advantage

Which AI capability has given your business the strongest edge over competitors?

Hey @HGhanem, @LFujimoto, @Raffy! :waving_hand: Would love to hear your perspectives on this!

LOL This is a hard question :-).

Maybe an easier to answer version would be: which AI capability is likely to give a competitive advantage to companies?

I think adoption.

In general, the capabilities are similar and widely accessible. However, companies that can adopt and integrate these new capabilities more quickly across their organization are more likely to gain a competitive advantage.

 I appreciate you refining the question.

Yeah, adoption is everything. It’s wild watching some companies obsess over which model has 2% better benchmarks while their competitor just shipped something that actually works.
The winners aren’t the ones with the fanciest AI - they’re the ones whose employees aren’t scared to try stuff and “break” things.

The way we have been approaching how we present our information/training/resources for AI tools for the past few years is from a complete beginner’s perspective.

So much of the information that we have found out there is given at such a high level that most people aren’t interested, or it is way over their heads, or goes so deep they are beyond bored by the time they finish reading or watching the presentation.
We have worked hard to keep our content in the ELI5 and/or TL;DR categories. Focusing on the things that can get people to just start using the AI tools. While we can go very deep and very technical, we choose not to since the majority of people we work with and help don’t want or need either of those things.

You’re absolutely right; it’s a significant challenge. In today’s environment, attention spans are shorter than ever, and very few people have the luxury of time to wade through extensive documentation or lengthy presentations. The “no one has time to read” reality really underscores why getting straight to the point and offering immediate, actionable value is so crucial for AI tools, especially for those just starting out.
