Module for blog post does not contain favorite colours

Hello dear developers,

this is my first request here, so if there is something missing please tell me so i can learn from it. :blush:

I have developed a module for a blog post which contains a color field. It all works great and i was happy that in the design previewer of the module, it even loaded the brands color codes as favorite colors.

But as I used the module in the blog post itself, the favorites were not there.

Am I missing a declaration or option inside the module/post template/etc. to show the Favorites inside the blog post?

@larissamaibaum I did some testing for this and determined this issue is consistent for blog post modules.

1 - page editor - modules - favorite/brand colors appear

2 - blog editor - blog content rich text editor - favorite/brand colors appear

3 - blog editor - blog modules (such as hero) - favorite/brand colors do NOT appear

I checked our theme as well as several free and paid themes and the results were consistent, but I didn’t check them all - so it’s still possible that it could be done, maybe it wasn’t an option when they were initially created or it could still be a limitation.
