Hello,
I would like to make the property names aligned to the terms that are used internally in the company to avoid misunderstanding/misinterpretation.
This refers mostly to deal properties:
ie: ACV (Annual contract value) would correspond to: “Revenue” in our case, etc.
As these properties take part in calculations within HubSpot, I wouldn’t like to create custom properties with our internal names, as this would be so confusing. I cannot modify HubSpot property names though - any workarounds?

Some default properties cannot be renamed, unfortunately – you would either to accept that (recommended) or replicate the information from the default property in your own custom property (not recommended, could be achieved with workflows). There isn’t currently any option to rename those “locked” properties.
If you feel strongly about renaming these default properties, you could make a suggestion in the HubSpot Ideas section in the community. The product team reviews these suggestions based on popularity.
