Why TIME SPENT VIEWING EMAIL (read / skimmed / glanced) isn’t part of the metrics module under COLUMN OPTIONS button, for the dashboard?
It’d be great if we could have this metric included under EDIT COLUMNS button, so we can get these numbers easily. Else, I’d have to go to each email and copy/paste individually.
When we click on EDIT COLUMNS, … the COLUMN OPTIONS list shows up…
I have to open each email manually and c opy/paste the numbers.
if you provide it in the table, it’d be so so convenient to just EXPORT them all in one go and make sense of it.
Why not keep it as a PROPERTY, so we can use it easily?
Agree with sathisrangaran, it would be extremely beneficial from a holistic reporting perspective to be able to incorporate this data into data exports, allowing users to present on qualitative and quantitative data.
