It is possible to add a “Next Activity” column to a Deal view.
The “Next Activity” behavior should however be modified.
The behavior should be changed, such that if the “Next Activity” is an overdue task, then the date of the overdue task should be shown (instead of the “--” currently being shown), and preferable it should be high lighted in red.
An ALTERNATIVE solution could be to introduce a new “Next Task” column, which shows only the “Next Task”, and then if there is only overdue task(s), then “Next Task” shows the date of the overdue task, and it is highlighted in red
