We need HubSpot mobile to support WhatsApp template personalization the same way desktop does.
Right now, on desktop, we can use synced WhatsApp templates and input/customize the message before sending. On mobile, that experience is missing or limited, which makes it difficult for teams who work on the go.
Requested functionality:
- Allow users to open a WhatsApp template in the HubSpot mobile app.
- Allow users to fill in custom values / personalized message variables before sending.
- Keep the mobile experience consistent with desktop for WhatsApp template use.
Why this matters:
- Sales and support teams often work from mobile.
- Needing desktop for template customization slows response time.
- This creates an inconsistent experience between desktop and mobile.
Use case:
When replying to or initiating a WhatsApp conversation from mobile, I want to select a template, customize the message content or variables, and send it without switching to desktop.
