Hey @AnnaStanuch
you can use Business Unit as a filter in your lists
to have all contacts assign to BU A for example.
Then you need to have Consent and a subscription type associated to be able to send marketing emails.
With these 2 component (filtered lists and specific subscription type for BU A) you cannot mixed up.
